Fried cocoa swivel

These fried swivels are like a delicious twist on the classic pinwheel cocoa and vanilla cookies. They’re made with simple pantry staples like flour, sugar, cocoa powder, oil, and eggs, so you won’t need any fancy ingredients. Making these fried swirls is a breeze! Just mix everything up to form a dough, then split it in half to create one cocoa-flavored dough and one vanilla-flavored dough. To achieve that beautiful swirl design, roll the dough sheets on top of each other and cut through them both. Once they’re fried up, these swivels are crispy on the outside, yet wonderfully fluffy on the inside. You’ll savor the perfect blend of vanilla and chocolate flavors.
