Chicken Bubble Biscuit Bake Casserole

This Chicken Bubble Biscuit Bake Casserole is a comforting and easy-to-make dish that combines tender chicken, fluffy biscuits, and a creamy, cheesy sauce. It’s a family favorite that’s perfect for any night of the week. This recipe is a cherished one, passed down from my Grandma, and now I’m excited to share it with you.

Ingredients (Servings 8):

  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
  • 3 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 2 tbsp Ranch seasoning mix
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1/4 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1 1/2 cups sour cream
  • 12 oz refrigerated biscuits (I used a 12 oz can)

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large bowl, mix together the sour cream, cream of chicken soup, shredded chicken, Ranch seasoning mix, 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese, and the crumbled bacon until well combined.

Slice the refrigerated biscuits into fourths. Carefully mix the biscuit pieces into the chicken mixture, ensuring they are evenly distributed.

Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish. Spread the chicken and biscuit mixture evenly into the dish.

Sprinkle the remaining 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese over the top of the mixture.

Bake in the preheated oven for 25-35 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
