HERSHEY’S SECRET KISS COOKIES

Hershey’s Secret Kiss Cookies combine a wonderful cookie dough, with a little chocolate surprise in the center, that melts in your mouth.

INGREDIENTS

1 cup of butter – softened
1/2 cup of sugar
1 teaspoon of vanilla
1 3/4 cup flour
1 cup of finely chopped nuts.
1 package of Hershey’s Kisses
2 – 3 cups of powdered sugar

INSTRUCTIONS

In a bowl, combine the butter, sugar and vanilla, and cream until smooth.
Add the nuts and flour and stir until well mixed.
Place the dough in the refrigerator to cool for about 45 minutes.
While the dough is cooling, make 2 sheets of cookies with parchment paper and remove the wrappers from the chocolate kisses.
When the dough cools down, take it out of the refrigerator, and with a spoonful of dough, roll it up lightly in the palms of your hands and press in the center.
Place a chocolate kiss in the center of the cookie dough, and pull the dough up around the caramel.
Gently roll up the dough to form a ball and place it on the parchment paper.
Continue until you have used all the dough.
Place the cookie sheets in the oven at 375 degrees for 14 minutes, until the cookies are golden on the bottom edges.
Take the cookies out of the oven and let them cool down until they are very hot.
Place a piece of clean parchment paper on the counter and put the powdered sugar in a bowl.
Place a small piece of powdered sugar where each cookie will be placed on the parchment paper.
When the cookies are still hot, roll them in the powdered sugar in the bowl and then place them on the parchment paper over the powdered sugar to prevent them from sticking.
Allow the cookies to cool completely.
Serve and enjoy!
