PEANUT BUTTER CUP FUDGE

The Peanut Butter Cup is the ultimate gift for Reese lovers! Rich and creamy peanut butter candy filled with Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup miniatures! Only 4 ingredients, no candy thermometer needed and only about 10 minutes to make this delicious candy.

INGREDIENTS

1 cup of butter
1 cup of peanut butter
1 pound of powdered sugar
12 ounces of mini peanut butter cups (36)

INSTRUCTIONS

Line an 8 x 8 baking tray with parchment paper or waxed paper.
Unwrap the peanut butter cups and cut them in half.
Spread half of the peanut butter cups on the lined tray.
In a heavy skillet, combine the butter and peanut butter over medium heat.
Bring mixture to a boil and cook for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Remove from heat and stir in powdered sugar until well combined.
Pour dulce de leche over cups of chopped peanut butter and spread evenly in the pan.
Sprinkle the remaining cups of peanut butter over the dulce de leche and press the dulce de leche.
Smooth the top with a spatula, spreading the melted chocolate over it.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
Cut into 1-inch squares.

NOTES

Store dulce de leche in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 weeks or refrigerate for up to 4 weeks. Freeze up to 3 months.
