Baileys Irish Chocolate Cream Pudding is thick, creamy and totally decadent! The perfect dessert to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day! To serve, spoon on small plates and cover individual portions with shaved chocolate!
Ingredients
2 and 1/2 cups (20 ounces) of milk, divided
1/2 cup (4 ounces) Baileys Irish cream
1/2 cup (3.5 ounces) granulated sugar
8 ounces of semi-sweet chocolate, roughly chopped.
1/8 teaspoon of salt (a small pinch)
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon of espresso powder
1/3 cup of cornstarch
2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
