INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat air fryer to 380°F and spray a 6-inch round cake pan with nonstick cooking spray. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, sift together sugar, cocoa powder, flour, and salt.
- Pour in cooled melted butter, egg, and vanilla. Whisk until smooth.
- Pour batter into the prepared cake pan.
- Place in the air fryer for 15 minutes (or until edges are set and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out mostly clean, with some dry crumbs).
- Serve warm with your favorite ice cream or whipped topping.
