Amish Cinnamon Bread


1 cup butter, softened
2 cups of sugar
2 eggs
2 cups of buttermilk or 2 cups of milk plus 2 tablespoons of vinegar or lemon juice
4 cups of flour
2 teaspoons baking soda

Cinnamon-sugar mixture:
2/3 cups of sugar
2 teaspoons cinnamon

How to do it:

Cinnamon Amish Quick Bread is a quick bread recipe that is easy to make and is moist and delicious!… so to prepare this recipe you need to first spread butter, two cups of sugar, and also eggs. Then you need to add milk, flour and also baking soda.

Second step: Now, after all that work, you have to put half of the dough in greased bread molds (1/4 in each mold).

Step 3: In this step all you need to do is take a separate bowl and microphone, 2/3 c sugar and cinnamon. After you finish mixing, you should sprinkle 3/4 of the cinnamon mixture over half of the dough in each pan.

Step 4: Finally step, now you need to add the remaining dough to the pans; and sprinkle with the last layer of cinnamon. Be sure to use a knife to make a swirl. Finally, bake at 350 F for 45 to 50 minutes. Then, before taking it out of the pan, let it cool down for about 20 minutes.
