What you will need:
1 can (21 ounces) of apple filling and topping (or other fruit fillings)
Flour tortillas 6 (8 inches)…
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/3 cup of butter or 1/3 cup of margarine
1/2 cup of sugar
1/2 cup of brown sugar
1/2 cup of water
How to do it:
Fruit filling spoon in the center of the tortillas.
Sprinkle with cinnamon.
Roll up and place, seam side down, on a lightly greased baking sheet.
Bring the butter and the next three ingredients to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer, stirring constantly for 3 minutes.
Pour over the enchiladas: leave to stand for 30 minutes.
Bake at 350 for 20 minutes
