2 C of flour
2 C sugar
⅛ teaspoon kosher salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 C of unsalted butter softened
½ C cocoa powder
1 C water
½ C Bailey’s Irish Creme
2 large eggs
Ingredients of ice
1 C unsalted butter
1/2 C of cocoa powder
¾ C Bailey’s Irish Creme
4 C powdered sugar
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and spray the baking sheet with baking spray pam.
Using a large bowl, beat the flour, sugar, salt and baking soda until combined
Using a medium saucepan, bring butter, cocoa and water to a boil.
Gradually pour over the dry ingredients and beat until combined
Beat the Bailey’s and eggs until combined
Pour the dough into a baking dish and bake for 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Using a medium saucepan, melt the butter, the dances and the cocoa powder until the mixture boils, while slowly beating them until they combine.
Once it boils, remove from heat and gradually beat the powdered sugar until combined and smooth.
Pour the icing over the cake and let the icing cool down and set
