best fudgy chocolate brownie cookies

Once you try one of these Fudgy Brownie cookies, you’ll never have a brownie again!

These cookies are so chocolatey → soft → chewy → super fudgy → sticky inside, with a crunchy/crunchy outer layer. Not only does the whole pan disappear in seconds, but they are also renamed “woooaahh”. BETTER THAN BROWNIES’ by all who try them!

INGREDIENTS

1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 cup of white granulated sugar
1/2 cup melted butter
3 tablespoons of vegetable oil
1 egg
2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
1 1/3 cups all-purpose flour (or plain flour)
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips, (add more if desired)

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Place 2 sheets of cookies or baking sheets with parchment paper (baking paper) on the line.
In a medium bowl, mix the cocoa powder, white sugar, butter and vegetable oil. Beat the egg and vanilla until completely incorporated.
Add the flour, baking powder and salt; stir the dry ingredients first before mixing them with the wet ones until a dough is formed (do not over-beat). Add the chocolate chips.
Remove 1-2 tablespoons of dough with a cookie spoon (or a small ice cream scoop), and place it on the prepared baking sheets. Press them as thick or as thin as you want the cookies to come out.
Bake in a preheated hot oven for 10-12 minutes. The cookies will come out soft from the oven but will harden as they cool. (Be careful not to bake them too long as they will dry out).
) Let cool on the cookie sheet for 10 minutes before transferring them to the wire racks to cool.
