INGREDIENTS
CRUST
- 1½ cups graham cracker crumbs, about 10 sheets of crackers
- 6 tablespoons (85g) butter, melted
FILLING
- 1 cup (200g) granulated sugar
- 3 tablespoons cornstarch
- ⅛ teaspoon salt
- ¼ cup water
- 4 cups fresh blueberries, divided
- whipped cream, for topping
