Christmas chocolate truffles are fast, easy and so good that you will be proud to take them to any Christmas party.
Ingredients
Semi-sweet chocolate chips 3 C
1 14-ounce can of sweetened condensed milk
2 teaspoons of rum with spices
1 C red, green and white Christmas not standing
INSTRUCTIONS
Using a double boiler, combine all the ingredients except the sprinkles and mix until smooth.
Put the truffle in a bowl and place it in the fridge for 3 hours.
Using a small ice-cream scoop, take out some truffle and make a ball in your hands.
Pour the sprinkles in a bowl and roll the truffle in the sprinkles until they are completely covered
Place on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper
Repeat the steps with the remaining truffles
