These Brownie Mix cookies are chewy and flavorful cookies made with a simple mix of brownie, eggs, oil and flour. Mix your favorite chocolate chips or candies and you’ll have a quick dessert ready in minutes.
1 box of 18.4 ounce brownie mix
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 cup mini M&M’s (or your choice of mixes, such as chocolate chips)
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
Line a baking sheet with a silicone or parchment paper liner (you can also try using a non-stick cooking spray).
In a large bowl, combine brownie mix, flour, oil and eggs. Fold into M&M’s.
Using a cookie spoon, place tablespoons of cookie dough 2 inches apart on the baking sheet. Be sure not to crush the cookies before they are baked (keep the dough in nice round balls).
Bake for 7-10 minutes (if you want your cookies to be a little more baked, let them bake longer. To get the chewy and fluffy cookies, keep the baking time around 7-9 minutes).
Remove the pan from the oven and let the cookies cool on a baking sheet for 3-5 minutes, then move to a wire rack to cool completely.
