Cheddar Meatball Poppers

Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F.
Roll out the crescent dough and cut each triangle in half. You should have 16 halves.
Place about ½ tablespoon of grated cheese on one of the triangles. Place a meatball on top. Wrap the dough around the meatball stretching gently if necessary. Pinch the seams and roll into a ball with your hands.
Roll the wrapped meatballs in the remaining cheese and roll them in your hands to smooth them out and help the cheese stick. Sprinkle each with a pinch of Italian seasoning.
Place on a tray lined with parchment paper and bake for 12 to 14 minutes or until golden brown. Serve hot with tomato sauce.
