Cheesy Breakfast Pizza

This Breakfast Pizza recipe is easy to make and one of the most delicious ways to start the day!
The pizza crust is stacked with our favorite breakfast ingredients, including sausage, bacon, green onions, eggs and of course lots of cheese.
This is a take-out breakfast that will bring everyone to the table!

Ingredients

▢1 can prepare pizza crust or homemade pizza dough
▢2 tablespoons of olive oil
▢6 eggs
▢3 tablespoons of milk
▢½ teaspoon of dried basil
▢salt and pepper to taste
▢½ pound of cooked and drained sausage
▢¼ cup cooked bacon or bacon bits
▢3 cut green onions, divided
▢¼ cup finely chopped red bell pepper
▢8 ounces Cabot Pepper Jack cheese
▢2 ounces of Extra Sharp Cabot Cheddar

Instructions

Preheat oven to 425°F.
With a tablespoon of olive oil, grease a 10 x 15 inch skillet with a rim. Press dough into pan and brush with remaining tablespoon olive oil and sprinkle with basil. Bake 7-8 minutes or until lightly browned.
Meanwhile, beat the eggs, milk and salt and pepper. Cook in a lightly oiled skillet over medium heat until ready, about 3-4 minutes. The eggs should be bright and undercooked (they will cook more in the oven).
Sprinkle the pizza with the ingredients and the eggs. Sprinkle the cheese on top. Bake 8-10 minutes more or until cheese melts.
Optional: Grill pizza for 1-2 minutes to brown cheese on top.
Remove from oven, sprinkle with parsley. Rest 2-3 minutes before serving.
