Cherry pie cupcakes are the perfect way to end a great meal! They are ridiculously delicious, soft and fluffy with a cherry pie surprise inside!
▢1 Betty Crocker White Cake mix box
▢ingredients required in the box
▢1 cherry pie filling can (21 oz)
▢whipped cream or ice cream (optional)
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
Mix the cake mix according to the instructions on the box. Line a muffin tin with the muffin liners.
Place 3 tablespoons of muffin dough in each well. Cover with 1 Tbsp cherry pie filling.
Bake for 18 to 20 minutes or until the top springs back when touched lightly.
Serve with ice cream or whipped cream.
