1 can (14 to 15 oz) chili, heated
1 can Pillsbury™ of classic pizza crust, refrigerated
4 cheddar cheese sticks
4 beef hot dogs
1 tablespoon of butter
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon parsley flakes
Heat oven to 375°F. Spray a 9-inch square or 11×7-inch glass baking dish with cooking spray. Pour the hot chili into the dish; spread it evenly.
Roll out dough; cut into 4 strips. Cut a stick of cheese in half lengthwise; place one half on each side of a hot dog. Wrap the pizza dough strip around the cheese and hot dog, overlapping it slightly in the center. Repeat with the remaining dough strips, cheese sticks, and hot dogs. Place the wrapped hot dogs on top of the hot pepper. (The chili should be hot).
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until dough is lightly browned.
Meanwhile, in a small microwaveable cup, heat the butter in the microwave on high until it melts. Add garlic powder and parsley.
Remove the baking sheet from the oven. Brush each cheese dog with the butter mixture. Serve immediately.
