Peanut Butter Balls with Rice Krispies Put a toothpick in each peanut butter ball. This will make the chocolate coating cleaner and very easy.
Just 6 ingredients and you’re done. You will make this recipe over and over again.
½ cup of peanut butter
3 tablespoons of soft butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup Rice Krispies
½ cup of chopped nuts
1 cup grated coconut
How to do it
Mix together, refrigerate for half an hour or more and then form balls. Return to the refrigerator and let cool for at least one hour.
Melt the following in a double boiler:
1 packet of chocolate chips,
1 square of sweet chocolate
Keep it low so that the chocolate stays soft.
Drop the balls into the chocolate mixture one at a time using a fork to roll them up so that the chocolate is covered. Let them rest on parchment paper in the refrigerator. They freeze well.
