CINNAMON SUGAR AIR FRYER DONUTS (4-INGREDIENTS)

Easy air fryer doughnuts that are made from refrigerated cookies! Only 4 ingredients and 5 minutes to make, these delicious doughnuts will be your new favorite Air Fryer recipe!

INGREDIENTS

1 can of Jumbo Flaky Cookies like Pillsbury Grands
1/2 cup of granulated sugar
1/2 tablespoon ground cinnamon
5 tablespoons of melted butter

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat the air fryer to 360 degrees. To do this, simply turn your air fryer on at 330 degrees and let it run for about 3-5 minutes.
In a medium bowl, mix the cinnamon and sugar. Set aside.
Open the can of flaky cookies and cut the center of each one with a 1-inch round cutter. Lightly coat the fryer basket with coconut oil spray (you can also use olive oil spray). Do not use a non-stick spray like Pam (those sprays could be harmful to your air fryer).
Put the doughnuts (not the holes), in your air fryer. Bake for 5 minutes at 360 degrees. While the doughnuts are cooking, melt the butter.
Using a silicone brush, cover the baked donuts with the melted butter. Then cover the doughnuts with the sugar-cinnamon mixture by dipping and rolling. Use a spoon to cover the top as well. Gently shake off excess cinnamon sugar. Serve the doughnuts hot.

Doughnut holes
When the “holes” are fried in the air, set the timer to 3 minutes and repeat the process of dipping in butter and then adding the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
