This recipe for coconut macaroni with chocolate chips is the sweetest and most chewy dessert with only 4 ingredients.


14 oz. of sweetened coconut
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 14-ounce can of condensed milk
1-2 cups of chocolate chips
melted chocolate ((optional))


Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and line the cookie sheet or baking sheet with a silicone baking mat or a non-stick sheet or parchment paper.

Mix the coconut, vanilla and condensed milk in a large bowl. Add the chocolate chips.

Take a spoonful of the mixture (a cookie cutter is ideal for this) and make a ball with your hands (see the tips in the recipe above!) You want the balls to be very tight, so squeeze the mixture into your hands!

Place each one in the cookie sheet separately (they will spread a little)

Bake for about 15-20 minutes until golden (baking time depends on the oven, you don’t want them to burn, so watch them carefully)

Fresh on a wire rack

When completely cold, melt the caramel chocolate in a double boiler (follow the instructions on the chocolates) and dip the bottom and roll the bottom sides in the chocolate. Let it cool down for about 15 minutes in the refrigerator
