Instead of rolling the dough into balls, press it into a sheet pan. Be mindful of the thickness of your cookie cutter. Using a heart cookie cutter, press out heart shapes. Place the hearts onto a clean, parchment-lined sheet and freeze until ready to coat in chocolate. Follow the directions below to complete. You can write fun sayings on each heart with buttercream!
