COPYCAT OLIVE GARDEN CHICKEN ALFREDO SAUCE

Instructions

Cook pasta according to package directions, drain and set aside.
In a large skillet over medium heat add the butter and let it melt. Add the minced garlic and garlic powder. Whisk to combine.
Sprinkle the flour over the butter and garlic mixture. Whisk everything together and then slowly add the heavy cream and milk while continuing to whisk. Let the sauce come to a boil and then reduce the heat to low and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes.
Add the Parmesan cheese and whisk.
Stir in the cooked and drained fettuccine. Use tongs to toss the pasta with the sauce.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve.
