This honey cranberry butter is a fantastic condiment, ideal for cookies, muffins and pancakes. It only takes a few minutes to prepare and makes a great gift!
1/2 cup salted butter, at room temperature
3 tablespoons of cranberry sauce
1 spoonful of honey
Place all ingredients in a mixing bowl; beat with an electric mixer until combined and smooth.
Scrape the sides of the bowl with a spatula and beat again until perfectly light and fluffy.
Spoon into a 4-ounce glass container; leave on the counter for up to 2 days or refrigerate in an airtight container for longer (bring to room temperature before serving).
