Ingredients
Brownie batter:

- ▢1 cup granulated sugar
- ▢2 large eggs
- ▢1 tablespoon water
- ▢2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
- ▢⅔ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- ▢1 scant cup all purpose flour
- ▢½ cup chocolate chips
- ▢½ teaspoon kosher salt
Cream cheese mixture:
- ▢8 oz block cream cheese, softened
- ▢½ cup granulated sugar
- ▢1 tablespoon all purpose flour
- ▢1 large egg white
- ▢½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract
