Preparation time: 20 minutes
Cooking time: 40 minutes
Total time: 1 hour

Ingredients

For the Cake:
2 1/2 cups of all-purpose flour
1 cup of granulated sugar
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
3/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
3 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2/3 cup buttermilk

For the filling:
2 packages (8oz each) of cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup of granulated sugar
1 egg

For the Streusel:
1 cup of light brown sugar
1/3 cup of granulated sugar
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
1 cup unsalted butter, melted
3 cups of all-purpose flour

HOW TO DO IT:

For the cake, grease and flour a 13×9 baking dish and set it aside. In a mixing bowl, beat the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt over low heat until combined. Beat the softened butter until the mixture falls apart. Add the eggs, vanilla and buttermilk and beat until completely combined and fluffy. Pour half of the dough into the baking dish, spreading it evenly.
In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese with sugar and egg until light and fluffy, about 3-5 minutes. Pour over the dough. Cover with the remaining half of the cake dough.
For the cover, mix the sugars with the cinnamon and salt. Add the butter and mix well. Add the flour and mix it with your hands until it is completely mixed.
Pour the crumb topping over the dough, sprinkling it with your hands until it is evenly distributed.
Bake the cake in a 325-degree oven for about 45 minutes, until it is completely cooked. Cool
