Cuban Sliders

Loaded with ham, pork, cheese, mustard and pickles, these little Cuban sliders taste great!

Ingredients

SLIDERS
12 Kings Hawaiian Dinner Rolls
2 tablespoons of Dijon mustard
1 pound of sliced ham, dried with a paper towel
1 pound of pre-cooked, shredded pork
5-6 dill pickles, cut lengthwise
8 slices of Swiss cheese

LARD TOPPING
1/4 cup butter, melted
1 teaspoon of sea salt
3 teaspoons garlic, minced
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, finely chopped

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F.
Divide the rolls in half, place the bottom half on a prepared baking sheet.
Spread mustard on the bottom rolls.
Cover with ham, pork, pickles and finally Swiss cheese .
Place the upper half of the rolls on top
In a small bowl, mix the topping ingredients with butter.
Brush the tops of the rolls with the melted butter mixture.
Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes at 350°F or until the cheese is hot and bubbly.
Remove the foil and bake for 5 more minutes (or until the tops of the rolls turn golden brown).
Remove from oven, slice and serve
