Grilled cheese with pickles and dill. This is the best sandwich ever with lots of crispy bacon, sticky cheese and crunchy dill pickles. The grilled cheese will never be the same!
1 1/2 slices of bacon
2 slices of bread
1 tablespoon of butter
1 large gherkin
2 slices of cheddar cheese
1 oz mozzarella cheese
Cook the bacon in a pan until it’s crisp. Drain on paper towels.
Remove most of the fat from the bacon in the pan. Butter each slice of bread.
Butter the bread with the underside. Top with cheddar cheese, pickles, mozzarella, bacon and cheddar cheese. Cover with the second slice of bread, butter side out.
Cook over medium-low heat, turning by half until bread is lightly toasted and cheese is melted.
