Easy Chicken Legs and Thighs

Baked chicken thighs are the ultimate in effortless, low-budget cooking. We’ll show you how to bake chicken thighs. Simply season and put them in the oven, leaving you free to prepare the rest of the meal.
Although cooking a whole chicken is not always practical, baking chicken thighs is definitely a solution for the week. A chicken thigh, also called a hindquarter, consists of a thigh and a drumstick that are joined together. The thigh is the top of the leg and the thigh is the bottom. Both are dark meat. These whole chicken legs are cheap, versatile, meaty and moist. Plan on one leg per person.
Tip: To reduce fat and calories, you can peel the chicken legs. Bake the chicken with the skin to keep it moist. Cool slightly and remove the skin, starting at the end of the thigh. Have kitchen scissors or knife on hand to cut the skin if necessary.

Ingredients

Preheat the oven to 350*.
6-8 chicken thighs or legs
1/2 cup light brown sugar
1 package of dry Italian dressing mix

Address

Mix the dressing mixture and brown sugar in a small bowl.
