1 1/2 c of flour
2 teaspoons of baking powder
3/4 c of sugar (reduce if you don’t like sweetness)
2 large eggs
1/2 c of oil
1/2 c of milk
1 teaspoon of vanilla essence
HOW TO DO IT:
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
Line the mold with paper cups
Sift flour and baking powder together
Beat all the wet ingredients and add them to the dry ones.
Fill the pastries up to 3/4 and bake them for 15 minutes.
