FANTASY FUDGE RECIPE

This Fantasy Fudge recipe is so amazing! This recipe has a few sets of ingredients that make this treat so sweet and tasty, it will melt in your mouth. You don’t have to worry about an overly complex set of instructions or anything, because this marshmallow candy recipe is super simple and quick to make. This candy can make you fall in love.

INGREDIENTS

3 cups of granulated sugar
¾ cup unsalted butter
⅔ cup evaporated milk
1 pound of semi-sweet chocolate
7 oz. jar of marshmallow cream
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup of chopped nuts optional

INSTRUCTIONS

Prepare your ingredients. Make sure the chocolate is chopped if you use a large block, or keep the chocolate together. Chop the nuts if you use them. Take the marshmallow cream out of the jar and place it in a bowl.
Prepare the 9*13 mold. Line the mold with aluminum foil and butter the inside.
Using a large 3-quart saucepan with a thick bottom, bring the milk, sugar and butter to a boil over medium heat. Be sure to stir constantly once it begins to boil and bubble.
Once it starts boiling, set a timer for 4 minutes. If you use a candy thermometer, you should remove the candy mixture when it reaches 234°F.
Once the 4-minute timer turns off or the mixture reaches temperature, add the marshmallow cream and chocolate.
Let the chocolate and marshmallow melt and then mix well. Add the vanilla and if you add nuts, mix them now.
Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and let it cool down before slicing it.
Let it stand for 4 hours. Place it in the refrigerator to make it firmer.
