Fried Potatoes Onions And Smoked Polish Sausage

Ingredients:

1 pound cajun smoked sausage
1 pound smoked turkey sausage
2 pounds baby red potatoes, cut in half
2 large onions, cut into chunks
1 tbsp cajun spice
½ tsp salt
1 tsp Paprika
½ tsp black pepper
Olive Oil

Instructions:

-Preheat the oven to 400*.

-Slice the meat into ½ inch slices.

-Cut the onion into wedges or chunks.

-Place the potatoes, onions and meat into a bowl.

-Mix in the seasonings and the Olive Oil.

-Toss to combine well.

-Place on a prepared rimmed baking sheet.

-Place into oven and roast for 45 minutes.

-Garnish with Parsley before serving.
