Looking for a delicious dinner in an instant? Garlic butter steak bites are the answer! Tender bites of steak in a rich garlic butter sauce; add a side dish and dinner is served!


2 pounds of sirloin, ribeye, or steak.
2 tablespoons of olive oil, divided
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of onion powder
1 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon of brown sugar
4 cloves of garlic, peeled and chopped
1/4 cup meat broth
4 tablespoons of butter cut into small pieces
2 tablespoons of fresh chopped parsley


Use a sharp knife to trim excess fat from the fillets, then cut into 1-inch cubes.
Place the beef cubes in a bowl and add a tablespoon of olive oil along with the salt, onion powder, black pepper and brown sugar. Mix well to cover all the meat with the seasonings.
Heat the remaining spoonful of olive oil in a large frying pan over medium heat. Add the meat cubes to the pan and fry until golden brown on all sides.
Add the garlic, meat stock, butter and parsley to the meat. Reduce heat to low and cook for about 3 minutes. Serve hot.
