Homemade Snickers is an extra large Snickers bar made with a layer of creamy nougat, a layer of nutty caramel and chocolate.
INGREDIENTS
NOUGAT LAYER
¼ cup (57g) butter
1 cup (200g) granulated sugar
¼ cup heavy cream
¼ cup (64.5 g) smooth peanut butter
7 ounces of marshmallow fluff
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
CARAMEL LAYER
1 bag (11 ounces) of caramel chips
¼ cup heavy cream
2 cups of salted peanuts
TOP LAYER OF CHOCOLATE
2 cups (11.5 ounces) milk chocolate chips
1 teaspoon of vegetable oil
