The Brownie Sundae Cheesecake is a delicious dessert mashup with a layer of brownie and a layer of cheesecake. Cover it with chocolate ganache and homemade whipped cream.
Ingredients
1 box of walnut brownie mix
eggs
oil
water
3 8 oz of cream cheese
3/4 C sugar
3 eggs
1 teaspoon of vanilla
Ingredients of the Chocolate Ganache
1/2 C of semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/4 C heavy whipped cream
Ingredients of the whipped cream topping
1 C heavy whipped cream
1/2 C powdered sugar
1 teaspoon of vanilla
1/4 C chopped peanuts

INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
Spray the spring formation tray with pam spray and set aside
Follow instructions based on the brownie mix box and bake in the oven for 30-40 minutes.
Once baked, set aside to cool
In a stand mixer, combine cream cheese and sugar until light and fluffy
Add one egg, mix until it is completely combined before the next egg.
Mix the vanilla
Pour the cheesecake over the brownie and bake in the oven for 1 hour.
Once baked, place on a wire rack to cool to room temperature.
Once cooled, place in the refrigerator overnight
Ganache Addresses
Combine the chocolate pieces and heavy whipped cream and put them in the microwave for 45 seconds.
Beat until smooth
Pour the ganache over the cooled cheesecake and put it back in the fridge for an hour.
Directions from the top
In a stand mixer, combine heavy whipped cream, powdered sugar and vanilla and mix at medium speed until stiff peaks form.
Put the whipped cream in the bag and place it on the edge of the cheesecake.
Sprinkle peanuts on top of the whipped cream
