You will need it:
1 stick of butter, softened
1 c sugar
1 teaspoon of vanilla
3 tablespoons of cocoa powder
1 teaspoon of salt
1/2 c all-purpose flour
How to do it:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Mix the butter and sugar with an electric mixer until fluffy, about 3 minutes. Add the eggs and vanilla and mix well.
Add the cocoa powder, salt and flour and stir until well combined. Grease the 8-inch mold with butter or cooking spray, pour the mixture into the mold. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes until the center is ready.
Mix by hand to make it sticky, because if you use a mixer, it will have a texture more like a brownie or cake, rather than “sticky.
