He found hope.
Word has since spread about the vet clinic’s surprise new patient, and adoption offers have come pouring in for when the time is right. His days as a lonely, unloved dog are officially over. And he seems to know it.
“He doesn’t even look sick. He just is so excited to be around people who care about him,” Ferreira said.
Now, the formerly homeless dog’s future has never looked brighter — thanks to both his own initiative in finding the perfect place to ask for help, and to the people there who didn’t hesitate to provide it.
“The most admirable thing is that he came on his own. His intelligence is beautiful,” Ferreira said. “I’m sure he will find a home that will welcome him and receive him with all the love he deserves.”
