Lamb kebabs

Don’t buy your kebabs/girls to go… cook them slowly!

Ingredients

1kg of minced lamb meat
2 teaspoons of mixed herbs
3 teaspoons onion salt
3 teaspoons garlic powder
2 teaspoons of salt
1 teaspoon of pepper

Directions

Mix the lamb mince and all the above ingredients together very, very, very well.
Form into a loaf.
Wrap in baking paper or aluminum foil (optional)
Place directly into the slow cooker (no liquid required)
Cook on LOW for 5-6 hours OR
HIGH for 3-4 hours (depending on your slow cooker)
When cooked, let it stand for 10-15 minutes.
Cut into thin slices.
Serve with lettuce, tomato, red onion, cheese and sauce of your choice (we like tzatziki with lamb).
Roll in Lebanese bread, put in a sandwich press to make the bread crunchy and the cheese melt. Enjoy😊
