Lasagna Soup

Talk about comfort food! You’re going to get hooked once you try it!

INGREDIENTS

1 tablespoon of oil
1 large yellow onion, diced
1 tablespoon of chopped garlic
2 pounds of lean ground meat
1 tablespoon of full Italian seasoning
2 teaspoons of pepper
2 teaspoons of salt
1 jar (24 ounces) of pasta sauce
4 cups of meat broth (you can add up to 4 more cups if you want a more liquid soup)
1 can (28 ounces) crushed tomatoes
12 ounces of Mafalda noodles, you can use broken lasagna noodles
1/2 cup of heavy cream
1 cup mozzarella cheese, grated
1 cup Jack cheese mixture, grated
parsley for decoration
