INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line two cookie sheets with a silicone mat.
Using a large bowl and a hand mixer, beat the butter and powdered sugar until combined
Mix in the lemon juice
In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, salt and lemon zest
Gradually stir in the dry ingredients until the batter is integrated
Using the spoon, put some dough in your hands and make a ball with it
Place it on the cookie sheets.
Repeat the steps and make 14 more balls on the first cookie sheet.
Repeat the steps and make 15 balls on the second cookie sheet.
Place in the oven and bake for 13-15 minutes.
Let cool for a few minutes
In a medium bowl, add the ¾ cup of powdered sugar
Dredge each cookie in powdered sugar
Let cool completely before enjoying
