- 24 oz (678g) cream cheese, room temperature
- 1 cup (207g) sugar
- 3/4 cup (85g) natural unsweetened cocoa
- 1 cup (230g) sour cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 4 eggs, room temperature
- 1 cup chopped malted easter eggs
TOPPING
- 3/4 cup (240ml) heavy whipping cream, cold
- 1/4 cup (29g) powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp (14g) natural unsweetened cocoa
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
