A few nights ago, my mother sent me these photos and told me that she had made this delicious recipe for my father and for her. They both loved it and recommended it, especially because it was so simple. When I saw the picture, I knew it was something I had to try. My mom said it was full of flavor, moist, and best of all, easy to make! She made it with our roasted garlic and asparagus parmigiana! Great job mom, I can’t wait to try this myself! : )
4 boneless and skinless chicken breasts
1 cup of mayonnaise (for a healthier option, use plain Greek yoghurt instead of mayonnaise)
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon of seasoning salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
In a bowl, combine mayonnaise (or yogurt if replacing it), cheese and seasonings.
Spread the mixture over each of the chicken breasts.
Place chicken on a baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven, 375, for about 45 minutes, or until cooked through.
