PEANUT BUTTER CHEESECAKE FILLED CHOCOLATE BUNDT CAKE

INSTRUCTIONS

Grease a 10-12 cup container.
Butter and sugar cream.
Add the eggs, milk, oil and vanilla and mix them until they are mixed.
Add dry ingredients and mix until blended. Then beat in the middle for 2 minutes.
Prepare the filling by mixing all the ingredients of the filling.
Pour 2/3 of the dough in the mold. Place the filling in a ring so that it does not touch the sides of the mold. Put the rest of the dough of the cake on top of the filling.
Bake at 325°F for 45 minutes.
Let cool in the mold until it is warm and then turn on the wire rack to cool.
Sprinkle ganache over cooled cake. Cover with peanut butter oreos if desired.

WHITE CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER GANACHE
Put the ingredients in a microwaveable container. Put in the microwave for 15 seconds and then stir. Repeat until the white chocolate melts and the ingredients are combined. Drizzle over the cake while it is still hot.

DARK CHOCOLATE GANACHE
Put the dark chocolate and cream in a bowl. Put in the microwave for 15 seconds and then stir. Repeat until the chocolate melts and the ingredients are combined.
