Pineapple Lemonade

Pineapple lemonade is an easy and delicious drink for spring and summer. A fun twist on the classic summer lemonade for all your parties, baby showers and fun gatherings – the perfect party punch for kids and adults alike!

I’ve been making this pineapple lemonade for years and it’s always a hit. So simple and perfect for last minute meetings.

We’re officially starting summer this week. No more school! We survived the seventh grade! Wahoo. I know it’s earlier than most, but we start school the first week of August and I’m never ready for that.

Now it’s time for outdoor meals and the pool. We had our first cookout of the season on Friday. It was our typical impromptu meeting but a lot of fun.

My husband and children made me a bar table for the deck for Mother’s Day. It’s the perfect addition to our deck and pool area. It’s so great, I’ll have to get some pictures to share.

The top is made of two huge cedar planks from a tree that they cut down on the ranch while clearing the brush. My boys are very talented.

While we were setting up the grill, we ate chips, guacamole and my Aunt Carolyn’s homemade salsa, which my mom was too sweet to share. I’ll have to see if I can share that recipe with you, it’s really the best one yet.

I made a batch of this pineapple lemonade and it was the perfect drink with the chips and salsa.

Ingredients:

1 cup Countrytime lemonade mix
3 cups of cold water
1 can (46 ounces) refrigerated pineapple juice
2 cans of Sprite

Mix all ingredients and add lemon slices (if desired) and ice.
You won’t be disappointed!
