Pizza Pasta Bake

This easy to use pizza oven has all the pizza flavors you like in a delicious cheese casserole! We add pepperoni, sausage and green pepper, but feel free to add your own favorite ingredients like mushrooms, olives or ham.

Ingredients

1/2 red bell pepper cut in cubes1/2 red bell pepper cut in cubes

4 cups of pasta sauce 4 cups of pasta sauce
2-3 cups of mozzarella cheese2-3 cups of mozzarella cheese

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package. Rinse under cold water and drain well.
Brown onion, garlic, sausage and meat in a large skillet over medium heat. Drain the fat. Add red and green peppers and cook 2 to 3 minutes more. Add oregano, drained tomatoes and pasta sauce, stir well.
Place the pasta in a greased 9×13 frying pan. Pour the meat sauce over the pasta and cover with cheese and pepperoni slices.
Bake for 35-40 minutes uncovered or until the cheese melts and the pasta is hot.
