These special treats are chocolate balls filled with a mixture of hot chocolate, marshmallows, and in this case a little something extra. Rum Chata’s Hot Cocoa Bombs are candies that will make the adults in your life smile as they watch the chocolate balls melt and make a delicious drink.
INGREDIENTS
12 ounces of melted white chocolate – chips or almond shell
2 packs of Hot Cocoa Mix
1 cup of mini marshmallows, about 5 per cocoa pump.
2 tablespoons of flat rum in each cocoa pump
6 cups of hot milk
White and melted milk chocolate to drizzle over.
