Ingredients
For the caramel sauce-
- ▢1 cup sugar
- ▢1/4 cup water
- ▢1 teaspoon sea salt
- ▢3/4 cup heavy cream
- ▢3 tablespoons butter
- ▢1 teaspoon vanilla
For the crumble-
- ▢1 cup all purpose flour
- ▢1/3 cup packed brown sugar
- ▢1/3 cup granulated sugar
- ▢6 tablespoons softened butter
- ▢1/2 teaspoon salt
For the apples-
- ▢4 granny smith apples peeled, cored and sliced
- ▢2 tablespoons lemon juice
- ▢2 tablespoons butter
- ▢1/4 teaspoon salt
