Saltine Barrel Meatloaf

This Wafer Barrel Meatloaf is simple, scrumptious, and a crowd-pleaser that bolsters the total family at a division of the cost. Make this ancient molded consolation nourishment at domestic and serve it with buttery rolls or squashed potatoes!

Ingredients

2 eggs
2/3 container milk
32 Ritz wafers, crushed
1/2 container chopped onion
4 ounces destroyed sharp cheddar cheese
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 1/2 lbs ground beef
1/2 glass ketchup
1/2 container brown sugar
1 teaspoon mustard

How to create Wafer Barrel Meatloaf

Preheat stove to 350.
Beat eggs. Include drain and saltines.Mix in onion and cheese. Include ground meat. Blend well. Shape into a loaf.
Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
Combine ketchup, brown sugar and mustard to create topping. Spoon half of the topping over the meatloaf after 30 mins of heating. Return lounge to stove for 10 more mins of preparing. Spoon the rest of the topping over meatloaf, return to broiler and heat for 5-10 mins more
