The Cobbler Snickerdoodle is one of those ultra easy recipes that will knock your socks off because it tastes incredibly delicious, especially with a huge scoop of vanilla ice cream on top!
Ingredients
1 packet of snickerdoodle cookies
1/2 cup (1 stick) salted butter
1 large egg
1 box of apple pie filling
3 tablespoons caramel topping
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375F and spray an 8″ baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
In a small bowl, mix cookie dough, butter and egg.
Place half of the dough in teaspoons in the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
Sprinkle the dough with half of the cinnamon sugar sachet.
Spread the apple pie filling on the bottom layer and spoon the remaining cookie dough on top.
Sprinkle with the remaining cinnamon sugar and drizzle over the caramel filling.
Bake for 30 to 35 minutes.
Cover with ice and enjoy!
