I don’t think I’ve ever met anyone who doesn’t love Olive Garden breadsticks. It’s not necessarily their dough, any soft muffin dough will do. The secret behind their breadsticks is what happens as soon as they come out of the oven.
Ingredients
1 packet of fast acting active dry yeast
1 1/3 cup of milk heated to 105 to 115 degrees F
3 to 3 1/2 cups of all-purpose flour, plus an extra to remove dust from the work surface
3 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
1 spoonful of sugar
1 teaspoon of salt
2-3 tablespoons of melted butter
Garlic salt
