Whipped strawberry butter. What is easier and sweeter in anything you can think of? Made with only 3 ingredients – strawberries, butter and powdered sugar – it’s a simple and sweet gift to make any time of the year!
Ingredients
1/2 cup of softened butter
1/4 cup of crushed strawberries (measure after crushing)
2 tablespoons of powdered sugar
Instructions
Make sure the strawberries are at room temperature before you start.
With the mixer halfway up, whip the butter until it is soft and fluffy.
Add the rest of the ingredients and mix until incorporated.
Refrigerate for up to 10 days. Remove from the refrigerator about 15 minutes before serving to soften them a little.
